With the second season of The Masked Singer due to start in just a week's time, on August 10, Network Ten has gotten a wriggle on with their mask announcements (they've got to get through 12 after all!), introducing us to the lethargic Sloth.
Does the slow and steady Sloth have what it takes to win the race, and follow in Cody Simpson the Robot's winning footsteps?
We can glean basically nothing from the Sloth's cheeky quick promo, not even a gender — all we know is that the show likes to pair people with a mask that reflects their personality. Hope they're not offended to be compared to the loveable but lazy mammal!
The Sloth joins other contestants like the Echidna, the Bushranger and the Cactus.
With the first clue, the Sloth still seems genderless:
- "I have quite the way with words, even when they're not mine."
